Gowanda Family Members Charged After Drug Raid

GOWANDA – Three members of the same family face drug-related charges following a raid Tuesday at their Allen Street home in Gowanda.
The raid was conducted by the Erie County Sherriff’s SWAT Team and the Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force.
Police seized  heroin, methamphetamine, cocaine and Suboxone after executing a search warrant, according to a police press release.
Nathan Bley, 22, was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia. Police said he was being held at the Erie County Holding Center on $1,500 cash bail or $3,000 bond.
Pamela Bley, 55, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and issued an appearance ticket, police said.
Terry Bley, 57, who suffered a medical emergency, was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia and third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance. A warrant was issued for his arrest.
