HANOVER-A Silver Creek man was arrested Feb. 3rd on a warrant for statutory rape according to the Chautauqua County Sheriffs Office.
David N. Cola, 52, Hanover Rd., allegedly engaged in sexual intercourse with another person under the age of 15 between October 2008 and October 2009.
Cola was charged with 2nd degree Rape and 2nd degree Criminal Sexual Act. The 52-year-old was arraigned at county court with bail set at $250,000 cash/$500,000 property bond and revocation of his passport if bailed.
