Inmate Faces More Charges After Allegedly Violating Order Of Protection

MAYVILLE – A city man who is currently in County Jail is now accused of making several calls to a person that has a valid order of protection against him according to the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office.
Brandon M. Tate, 20, was charged Friday afternoon with aggravated family offense and 1st degree criminal contempt.
Tate will appear in Town of Chautauqua Court at a later date.
Tate already faces multiple charges after allegedly kicking, strangling and abusing a woman at his home during a November incident.
