HANOVER-An Irving man was taken into custody at a residence on Rt. 5/20 Wednesday evening on a warrant for methamphetamine manufacturing according to the County Sheriff’s Office.
Bryan R. Novaro, 27, was reportedly arraigned in the Village of Silver Creek Court on charges of 3rd degree unlawful manufacturing of methamphetamine, 7th degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminally possessing a hypodermic instrument, and 2nd degree criminally using drug paraphernalia.
Novaro was released under supervision of probation by Judge A. Pearl and is to appear in the Village of Silver Creek Court at a later date per the Sheriff’s Office.
