MAYVILLE – Thomas B. Jadlowski, 34, of Sherman, was being booked into the Chautauqua County Jail on a second-degree manslaughter charge this afternoon after being indicted by a County Grand Jury following a fatal hunting accident Nov. 22.
Sources told WNYNewsNow that Jadlowski was arraigned on the manslaughter charge and a charge of hunting after hours.
Jadlowski pleaded not guilty in Chautauqua County Court, where bail was set at $50,000 cash or $100,000 property bond. His return to court date is Jan. 29.

Investigators charge that Jadlowski shot and killed Rosemary Billquist, 43, who had been out walking her dogs behind her Sherman home, after he allegedly mistook her for a deer.
