Jamestown Man Accused Of Driving Drunk, Recklessly

FALCONER – A Jamestown man allegedly drove recklessly Saturday throughout the Village, according to the New York State Police.
Joshua Nuse, 34, was reportedly pulled over at the corner of Homestead and Falconer Streets after authorities received a report of a vehicle driving erratically near the four corners. Nuse allegedly provided a breath sample of .22 when troopers transported Nuse to their barracks.
Nuse’s license was also reportedly suspended. He was released with appearance tickets for the Town of Ellicott Court.
