JAMESTOWN – Jamestown Police said they responded to a report of a smashed windshield at 59 Franklin St. Monday evening.
Witnesses told police that they observed three people run from the scene after the incident. Officers located the three people walking nearby.
Police said Kyle J. Seekings, 21, allegedly threw a large object at the windshield, causing it to break. Seekings is charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief.
Seekings was taken to Jamestown City Jail to await arraignment.
