Jamestown Man Allegedly Possesses Meth During Traffic Stop

NORTH HARMONY –  A front-seat passenger allegedly possessed a small amount of marijuana and methamphetamine during a traffic stop on Rt. 394 last Wednesday, according to the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office. 
Thomas J. Mann, 27, of Jamestown, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana. Mann was arrested, processed and released with appearance tickets.
