Jamestown Man Arrested For Sex Offense

BEMUS POINT-A city man was arrested Saturday after an investigation into an August 2016 complaint of a sexual offense against a minor according to the County Sheriff’s Office.

Timothy J. Perrin, 28, 24 W. 22nd St. was charged with a count each of 1st and 3rd degree rape and two counts of 2nd degree Criminal Sexual Act.

Perrin was arraigned Monday and remanded to county jail on $25,000 cash/$50,000 property bond.

  1. You know what it just really breaks my heart when I see something like this and let me just say this not for the defendant but for the VICTIMS that suffered and will continue to do so for the rest of there lives while the person that did this gets a slap on the wrist
