JAMESTOWN – A City of Jamestown man is charged following a domestic incident on Barrows Street late Thursday night.
Jamestown Police said Richard Hosack, 40, damaged property belonging to the victim during the dispute.
Hosack was taken into custody without incident.
Police said he will be arraigned on charges of criminal mischief and aggravated family offense.
