ELLICOTT-A city man was charged under Leandra’s Law Tuesday after he was discovered with marijuana with two children present during a traffic stop on Rt. 60 according to the New York State Police.
Mark Holland, 37, allegedly had a marijuana smell emanating from inside his vehicle.
Troopers reportedly discovered a “small” amount of pot and charged Holland after he failed multiple roadside tests.
Holland faces two counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana.
Holland will appear in Ellicott Town Court at a later date.
