Jamestown Man Runs From Police After Allegedly Driving With Switched Plates

JAMESTOWN – A city of Jamestown man is facing charges after Jamestown Police said he was operating his vehicle with switched license plates and a suspended drivers license.
Stephen Glover, 34, was pulled over by officers on Douglas Street when he exited the vehicle and ran into a ravine near Allen Park, hiding in the bushes.
Police eventually located Glover and he quickly surrendered and was arrested.
Glover allegedly had a controlled substance on his person at the time of the arrest.
He is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, obstructing governmental administration, aggravated unlicensed operation, and improper license plates.
