JAMESTOWN-Area businesses recently discovered phony $100 and $20 bills according to the Jamestown Police Department.
The department is reportedly investigating “Prop” money with the words “For Motion Picture Use Only” along with a bill with Chinese markings.
The use of these bills is a Class C Felony. Police ask anyone who comes in contact with the money to contact law enforcement via their tips line: 483-TIPS (8477) or JPD’s Tip 411 App.
