JAMESTOWN-A city resident struck a woman’s face during a Sunday afternoon domestic violence incident at 33 Franklin St. according to Jamestown Police.
Andrew J. Cooley, 29, also allegedly caused damage to a cordless phone and the woman’s glasses. Cooley was transported without incident to city jail on charges of 3rd degree Criminal Mischief, 3rd degree Assault and a Felony Aggravated Family Offense for a previous incident.
