FALCONER-A Jamestown teen was arrested Saturday evening after assaulting a man during a burglary inside the village according to the Ellicott Police Department.
Neishaydhatha Soto, 19, reportedly entered a residence through a locked door before the assault. Soto was charged with 2nd degree Burglary and 3rd degree Assault.
