Jamestown Woman Charged In Alleged Randolph Vehicle Theft

NAPOLI – A City of Jamestown woman is facing charges after Cattaraugus County Sheriff Deputies allegedly found her in a stolen vehicle on Friday just after 5 p.m.
Salena M. Hare, 26, was arrested following a traffic stop on Windmill Road in the Town of Napoli.
Hare allegedly took a 2019 Chevy Equinox sport utility vehicle from Landmark Chevrolet in Randolph. Police and the dealership used OnStar to track its location.
Hare is charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, 2nd degree reckless endangerment, 3rd criminal possession of stolen property and 3rd grand larceny.
The woman was arraigned in the Town of Randolph Court and remanded to Cattaraugus County Jail without bail.
Police said Hare will appear at court at a later date.
