JPD Arrests PA Shooting Suspect, Second Suspect Remains At-Large

JAMESTOWN – Jamestown Police said they’ve taken one of the two wanted suspects in custody from a shooting Thursday morning in Meadville, Pa.
Michelle Rosario, 40, was arrested during a vehicle stop Thursday early Thursday afternoon, and police determined that she was wanted in connection with the shooting.

Rosario is being held as a fugitive from justice and will face extradition at a later date. Authorities are still actively searching for Anthonie Sugden, 22, for his alleged role in the shooting.
Sugden is considered armed and dangerous.
