JAMESTOWN-A wanted parolee was discovered with a quantity of heroin and cocaine Wednesday afternoon in the area of Baker and Williams Sts. according to the Jamestown Police Department.
Timothy A. Cook, 29, was reportedly wanted by the City of Jamestown. Cook was charged with two counts of 7th degree Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in addition to the warrant.
Cook was transported to city jail pending arraignment.
The New York State Police assisted JPD in its investigation. A check of the State’s Department of Corrections website revealed Cook previously served time for 3rd degree Insurance Fraud.
