JAMESTOWN – A man currently on county probation was arrested Friday night after police officers and county probation allegedly found him with three people he was court-ordered to stay away from, according to the Jamestown Police Department.
Benjamin Fuller was inside 20 W 12th St. shortly before 8:00 when law enforcement conducted a home visit.
The visit was part of a state-funded program called Gun Involved Violence Elimination (GIVE).
Fuller was charged with three counts of second degree criminal contempt and aggravated family offense.
He was booked into city jail where he is currently awaiting arraignment.
