JPD: Man Charged With Possessing 38 Grams Of Methamphetamine Following Reported Assault

JAMESTOWN – A report of a man allegedly assaulting a woman on Saturday night led to the discovery of more than an ounce of methamphetamine, a .22 caliber rifle, cash, and drug paraphernalia, according to Jamestown Police Department.

Authorities said, Danny Michael, 45 was taken into custody after police obtained a search warrant for a residence located at 49 Anderson St.
The Jamestown Metro Drug Task Force assisted with the warrant.
Michael was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon and third-degree possession of a controlled substance.
