JPD: Woman’s Cell Phone Chucked From Second Story Window During Domestic Incident

JAMESTOWN – A 27 -year-old man who allegedly held a woman against her will  was arrested early Wednesday morning at a residence on Linwood Avenue, police said. 
Authorities allege that Christopher Belin held a woman against her will and destroyed her cell phone by tossing it out of a second story window.
Police claim that Belin was discovered hiding in an attic inside the residence.
Belin is facing a felony charge of third degree criminal mischief.
Belin was arraigned on Wednesday morning and remanded to jail in lieu of $5,000 bail.
