KENNEDY-A Kennedy man was arrested after recently throwing a woman to the ground at a village location according to State Police.
Aaron Benson, 22, was charged with 3rd degree Assault after the woman’s injuries reportedly consisted with her claim.
Benson was processed and released on his own recognizance to appear in court at a later date.
