Kennedy Man Charged In Trespassing Incident

KENNEDY – A Kennedy man was arrested and charged Thursday following an incident at a location in the hamlet, according to the New York State Police. 
Jamie Story, 42, reportedly became belligerent as troopers tried to arrest him for harassment and trespassing. Story also allegedly resisted arrest physically while using profane language.
Story faces charges of second-degree obstructing governmental administration, resisting arrest, second-degree harassment, trespass and disorderly conduct.
Story was arraigned in the Town of Ellicott Court  and remanded to the Chautauqua County Jail.
