JAMESTOWN – A city man allegedly gave a 7-11 cashier a counterfeit $20 bill Tuesday at the N. Main St. location, according to the Jamestown Police Department.
Police reportedly located Richard L. Barr, Jr., 42, a short time later at the corner of W. 6th and Cherry Streets while he was allegedly in possession of methamphetamine, marijuana and hypodermic needles.
Barr, Jr. faces charges of first-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of marijuana and criminally possessing a hypodermic instrument.
