ELLICOTT – A man is facing multiple charges after Ellicott Police said he ran over a woman’s foot during a domestic dispute at the Park and Ride on Route 60 Friday night.
Joshua Brown, 32, reportedly entered a verbal altercation with a woman. As she attempted to remove their one-year-old from his vehicle, Brown allegedly ran over the woman’s foot and struck her and the child with the car’s door.
Brown reportedly fled the area, but was tracked down by Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Deputies. He was charged with second-degree harassment, endangering the welfare of a child and reckless endangerment.
Brown will appear in the Town of Ellicott Court at a later date.
