Man Accused Of Threatening Celoron Residents With Sword

CELORON – A man is accused of threatening people with a sword while standing outside of his residence Sunday afternoon according to the Ellicott Police Department.
Philip P. Gardner, 37, was charged with endangering the welfare of a child and two counts of second degree menacing. Gardner is in County Jail on $1,000 bail as of 11:25 AM.
Gardner will appear in Town of Ellicott Court at a later date to answer the charges.
