JAMESTOWN – A city man allegedly kicked a dog after becoming upset for no apparent reason Monday at a Cherry Street house, according to the Jamestown Police Department.
A neighbor reportedly gave Bruce A. King, 59, a new TV. King allegedly kicked the neighbor’s white beagle with brown spots that walked in front of him when he was upset.
King was taken to Jamestown City Jail on a charge of animal cruelty.
