Man Allegedly Sells Assault Rifle To Task Force Agent

STOW – A man allegedly sold an assault rifle classified as an AR-15 style weapon to an undercover officer Monday afternoon at 3503 Old Bridge Rd., according to the Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force.

David M. Marracino, 57, of 7758 Prospect Station Rd., Westfield, also allegedly sold three high-capacity magazines and a quantity of steel jacketed ammunition to the officer. In addition, Marracino was also allegedly in possession of marijuana during his arrest.
Marracino was arrested and charged with third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, second-degree criminal sale of a weapon and unlawful possession of marijuana.
He was arraigned and remanded to Chautauqua County Jail on bail pending further action of the court.
