JAMESTOWN – A city man who allegedly violated an order of protection to stay away from a woman and two children was taken into custody Monday.
Jamestown Police on patrol in the area of West Harrison Street and Barrett Avenue said that Edmanuel Esteves, 35, was spotted in the presense of the trio.
Esteves was taken into custody without incident and transported to city jail. He is charged with three counts of criminal contempt and one count of aggravated family offense.
