BUSTI – Police charged a 36-year-old man with criminal contempt after officers witnessed him come out of a house that he had a valid order of protection to stay away from, according to a media release.
Jeremy Gross, 36, Jamestown, was seen exiting a residence at 339 Delaware Ave, shortly before 3:00 p.m. Monday.
Authorities said they were conducting surveillance in the area when they witnessed Gross leave the house.
In March, JPD arrested Gross with nearly four grams of methamphetamine, when the taxi cab he was riding in was involved in a traffic stop.
Jamestown Police Officers were assisted by Lakewood-Busti Police during his most recent arrest Monday.
Gross is being held at city jail where he is scheduled to be arraigned at some point today.
