Man Arrested For Unauthorized Use Of Truck, Possession Of Marijuana

ELLICOTT – A New Hampshire man is facing charges after New York State Police said he refused to return a truck and was smoking marijuana last weekend.
Troopers were contacted by a unnamed company who alleged 55-year-old Craig Goodman refused to return their truck to Chicago.
Goodman was recently terminated from his job according to police.
Investigators tracked the truck via GPS on I-86 eastbound, stopped the vehicle and took Goodman into custody.
Troopers allegedly smelled marijuana emanating from inside the truck.
After further investigation, they found 14 grams of marijuana, two smoking devices containing marijuana residue and an E-cigarette containing marijuana oil.
Goodman was processed at the State Police Jamestown Barracks, arraigned in Town of Ellicott Court and remanded to Chautauqua County Jail.
