JAMESTOWN – An Ashville man is facing charges after City of Jamestown police officers said he attempted to fight the staff at UMPC Chautauqua Hospital’s Emergency Room at 207 Foote Ave. late Sunday night.
Police said Randall D. Lawergren, 61, continued to act disorderly as he was taken into custody.
Lawergren also allegedly made threats to shoot all members of the Jamestown Police Department while being transported to city jail.
The man is charged with unnecessary noise and making a terroristic threat.
He is expected to be arraigned later Monday.
