STOCKTON – A Cassadaga man is facing a number of charges following a motorcycle pursuit late Friday night.
Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Deputies said Anthony M. Digangi, 28, refused to pull over during a traffic stop just after 10 p.m.
Deputies said Digangi was located in Gerry a short time later.
He was taken into custody and charged with obstruction of governmental administration, unlawful fleeing of a police officer with a motor vehicle, reckless driving, aggravated unlicensed operation, speed in 55 mph zone, operating without insurance, unregistered motorcycle, unlicensed operator, no motorcycle plate, failure to comply with a lawful order, moved from lane unsafely, failed to keep right, driving to the left of pavement markings, and speed in zone.
Digangi was arraigned in the Town of Charlotte Court.
Digangi was remanded to Chautauqua County Jail on $10,000/$20,000. He will appear in court at a later date to answer to his charges.
