JAMESTOWN – A city man faces a first-degree assault charge in connection with a stabbing that occurred last Tuesday at Baker Park, according to the Jamestown Police Department.
Askia J. Faison, 22, and the victim were reportedly engaged in an altercation when the alleged stabbing occurred.
Faison and the victim reportedly know each other, and police said the incident wasn’t a random act of violence.
