RANDOLPH – Bryan Kerr, 34, of Broadalbin, NY, was charged by New York State Police with second-degree criminal possession of a weapon and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation.
Troopers said Kerr was pulled over on I-86 in Randolph for allegedly speeding and during the traffic stop, police determined that Kerr was allegedly driving on a suspended license and also allegedly in possession of a loaded pistol for which police said he did not have a permit. Kerr was transported to Jamestown barracks, where he was processed, arraigned in the Town of Randolph Court and remanded to the Cattaraugus County Jail. Kerr is scheduled to appear in the Town of Randolph later this month.
