Man Charged With Possessing Stolen Car From Buffalo

JAMESTOWN – A Dunkirk man was allegedly in possession of a vehicle stolen from the City of Buffalo during a traffic stop early Tuesday morning on West 13th Street near North Main Street, according to the Jamestown Police Department.
Police said Nilo A. Peña-Delgado, 31, was observed by the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office traveling southbound on Route 60 before entering the city. Both agencies executed the stop, and Peña-Delgado was taken to Jamestown City Jail to await arraignment.
Peña-Delgado is charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property.
