Man Charged With Stealing, Selling Rifle in Stockton

JAMESTOWN – A local man is charged in the case of a stolen rifle that was sold to a third party and recovered, according to the New York State Police.
State Police said the case was closed on Tuesday following the arrest of 25-year-old Tommy Hale of Jamestown.
Hale was charged with second-degree burglary.
Hale was arraigned in the Town of Stockton Court and remanded to the Chautauqua County Jail. No other information was available.
