Man Flees During Meth Raid, Five Charged In Total

JAMESTOWN-Five people, one of whom fled the scene with a replica pistol containing CO2, were arrested during a Tuesday afternoon meth raid at 20 Bush St. per city police.

Delbert M. Clark, 50, was charged with Obstructing Governmental Administration and 7th degree Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance as he was reportedly carrying a quantity of crystal meth.

Two people were charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child as two children were reportedly found inside the residence. Those two were also charged with 7th degree Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance and Criminally Using Drug paraphernalia. They were Jeffrey M. Rigerman, 33, and 24-year-old Cassandra M. Cole.

Cole was additionally charged with Obstructing Governmental administration.

Heather L. Diaz, 33, and an 18-year-old were each charged with 7th degree Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, with the latter receiving an additional charge of Criminal Using of Drug Paraphernalia.
