JAMESTOWN-A city man who was on parole for rape faces 14 felony charges related to the theft of property and money.
Jamestown Police Lt. DeGolier told WNYNewsNow that 33-year-old Jacob Keys was arrested after a multi-jurisdiction investigation led officers to a traffic stop.
Inside the suspect’s vehicle police discovered multiple credit cards belonging to numerous victims.
Keys faces many charges related to the stolen credit cards.
The man is believed to have used the cards in Ellicott, Jamestown and Lakewood.
