MAYVILLE – Richard Welder, who was previously convicted of first-degree rape, was sentenced on Dec. 10 by Chautauqua County Court Judge David Foley to a determinate sentence of 15 years in prison, plus 20 years of post-release supervision.
Chautauqua County District Attorney Patrick Swanson also announced the following sentences:
Trevon Tripp was sentenced on Dec. 10 by Chautauqua County Court Judge David W. Foley to a determinate sentence of three and one-half years in state prison plus three years of post-release supervision after being convicted of second-degree criminal possession of a stolen weapon.
Christian L. Kinsley, 32, of Jamestown, was sentenced on Dec. 6, 2018, by Acting Chautauqua County Court Judge John LaMancuso to concurrent indeterminate sentences of two (2) to four (4) years in state prison after being convicted of four counts of aggravated family offense.
Thomas A. Brewster, 32, of Forestville, was sentenced on Dec. 11, 2018, by Chautauqua County Court Judge David W. Foley to concurrent indeterminate sentences of three-to-six years in state prison and one-to-three years in state prison after being convicted of third-degree burglary and driving while intoxicated.
Christopher Marker, 33, of Frewsburg, was sentenced on Nov. 26 by Chautauqua County Judge David W. Foley to concurrent indeterminate sentences of one and one-third-to-four years in state prison after being convicted on two counts of felony DWI.
Tiffany Gross, 33, of Sherman, was sentenced on Nov. 26 by Chautauqua County Court Judge David W. Foley to concurrent indeterminate sentences of one and one-third to four years in state prison after being convicted on two counts of felony DWI.
Hector Camacho, 31, of Dunkirk, was sentenced on Nov. 15 by Chautauqua County Court Judge David W. Foley to a determinate sentence of five years in state prison plus five years of post-release supervision, after being convicted of second-degree criminal possession of a weapon.
Misty I. Harkins, 38, of Jamestown, was sentenced on Nov. 9 by Acting Chautauqua County Court Judge John L. LaMancuso of two years in state prison plus two years of post-release supervision after being convicted to one count of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
Allen Yarbrough, 30, of Jamestown, was sentenced by Acting Chautauqua County Court Judge John L. LaMancuso to an indeterminate sentence of one to three years in state prison after being convicted of first-degree criminal contempt.
Garson E. Butcher, 26, of Jamestown, was sentenced by Acting Chautauqua County Court Judge John L. LaMancuso, on two concurrent counts to determinate sentences of one year in state prison plus one year of post-release supervision after being convicted of two counts of fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
