MAYVILLE-A Mayville man struck two people with his vehicle during a fight Wednesday evening near W. Lake Rd. according to the County Sheriff’s Office.
Daniel Weaver, 58, allegedly swerved with intent towards the individuals.
Weaver was charged with two counts of Reckless Endangerment, Unlawful Possession of Marijuana and various Vehicle/Traffic violations.
The Mayville man was remanded to County Jail on $1,000 bail.
