JAMESTOWN-A city man struck and injured a woman with an alcohol bottle during a domestic dispute Monday evening on West Virginia Blvd. per Jamestown Police.
Daniel A. Rooney, 35, was reportedly arrested and charged with 3rd degree assault and aggravated family offense due to a prior family offense conviction.
