Man Suspected Of Making Threats In Presence of Child Held In Jail

KENNEDY – A Kennedy man allegedly threatened a victim’s life after grabbing them by the neck and throwing them into a vehicle during a domestic incident at a village residence Friday, according to the New York State Police. 
Michael Wilcox, 46, was charged with second-degree harassment and endangering the welfare of a child.
Following his arrest, Wilcox was arraigned in the town of Ellicott Court.
He was remanded to County Jail and is scheduled to appear in the town of Poland Court on a later date.
