JAMESTOWN-A city man wanted for violating his probation in Warren County, Pa. was arrested Sunday near Thayer and Falconer Sts. after he ran from an officer according to the Jamestown Police Department.
William R. Finch, 40, was reportedly observed walking on Bowen St. near Bush St. before the pursuit. He was previously arrested for Retail Theft and Drivers Required to be Licensed.
Finch was sentenced in 2013 to 90 days-two years less one day incarceration in the Warren County Jail for one count each of Retail Theft and Drivers Required to be Licensed. Finch received an additional sentence of one year of probation, 150 hours of community service and was ordered not to trespass on the premises of Walmart.
Finch also needed to pay $1,550 in fines and costs.
The suspect was transported to city jail on charges of Fugitive from Justice and Obstructing Governmental Administration.
