Man Wanted In Connection With Numerous Charges Arrested

HANOVER – A Silver Creek man wanted on assault, criminal obstruction of breathing, reckless endangerment and endangering the welfare of a child charges was arrested Thursday after Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Deputies received a community tip.

Aaron J. Tundo, 29, was remained to Chautauqua County Jail after his arrest on Rt. 5 and 20 in the Town of Hanover.
Tundo’s warrant stemmed from a March 2018 incident, according to the report.
Deputies credit the county’s “WE-TIP” hotline for information on his whereabouts.
In addition to March’s incident, Tundo was charged with harassment after police alleged he pushed another subject to the ground during a dispute in February 2017.
