Man With Violent History Arrested In Ice Arena Altercation

JAMESTOWN-A man with an extensive criminal background, including a violent 2014 incident, was arrested again after a Saturday altercation outside the Northwest Savings Bank Ice Arena.

Jamestown Police told WNYNewsNow Brian K. Livingston, 46, allegedly threatened two people with a knife outside the arena.

Livingston was reportedly located at his residence and taken into custody.

The man is charged with 3rd degree criminal possession of a weapon and two counts of 2nd degree menacing.

Livingston is currently in city jail pending  arraignment.

Livingston was arrested in December 2014 after he allegedly pulled a knife on an officer threatening their life.

The incident occurred on E. 2nd St.

Livingston was charged with menacing a police officer and criminal possession of a weapon.

The officer was not injured.

Livingston was arrested again in April after allegedly stealing bikes from Hollyloft Ski and Bike the month prior.

He was charged with with petit larceny, 5th degree conspiracy and endangering the welfare of a child.
