Marijuana Bust In Frewsburg

FREWSBURG – A Warsaw, N.Y., man was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana following a traffic stop Saturday in Frewsburg, according to New York State Police.

State Police arrested David Stalker Jr., 20, after police stopped him on Water St. for an alleged traffic violation and, while speaking to Stalker, the Troopers smelled marijuana from inside the vehicle.  Stalker was found to be in possession of four grams of marijuana and was subsequently arrested, according to police. Stalker was issued an appearance ticket and a traffic ticket and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Carroll Court later in the month to answer the charge.

  1. Really? 4 grams of pot, and that’s a marijuana bust? This isn’t news worthy. Marijuana is medically acceptable in nys & several others. Possession of marijuana is a decrimalized substance. A fine an you are on your way.
