MISTRIAL: Jury Deadlocks In Fredonia Kidnapping Case

MAYVILLE-A jury deadlocked in deliberations of a kidnapping trial Friday afternoon according to two impeccable sources.

Samuel Saeli, a Fredonia man, was on trial for an alleged kidnapping case last year involving a 13-year-old autistic male victim. The kidnapping reportedly occurred at the Wal-Mart Supercenter in Dunkirk.

First ADA Andrew Molitor was the prosecutor in this case. This decision comes just one week after Justin Haffa was granted a mistrial.

More to come.
