LAKEWOOD – Two Jamestown women face a multitude of charges by the Lakewood-Busti Police Department following an alleged larceny at 10:29 p.m. Tuesday at Walmart.
Police said Tonya M. Diblasi, 45, of Jamestown, and Dawn O’Shell, 44, of Jamestown, were allegedly shoplifting when police arrived. Police further said Diblasi was in possession of controlled substances and had a young child with her during the incident.
Diblasi was charged with petit larceny, two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, two counts of possession of a controlled substance not in original containers, unlawful possession of marijuana and endangering the welfare of a child.
O’Shell was charged petit larceny, endangering the welfare of a child and possession of marijuana. Both were released and are to face the charges in Town of Busti Court at a later date.
