JAMESTOWN-A partially-clothed Dunkirk man was under the influence of narcotics Monday afternoon at Chadakoin Park according to the Jamestown Police Department.
Justin K. Szary, 32, reportedly possessed a small quantity of methamphetamine during the arrest. Szary was transported to city jail without incident.
The Dunkirk native was charged with 7th degree Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance.
Police originally responded to a call of a naked man.
